📝 What is it?

Monotomy adds science-backed game-like routine to your team’s day, making healthy habits stick. The science-backed formula: team + framework + rewards.

We will start with stress-management habits, breaking down the science of stress and its impact on your mind, body, and daily choices. ****You’ll learn:

We can continue with Time Management and Communication skills, relationships with sugar or quality of Microbiome. It’s up to you and your team, we’re constantly developing new habit tracks.

⏳ How it technically works?

  1. Your team will be divided into small groups for chats. Telegram, Slack, name it!
  2. For 2 weeks you will receive daily bite-sized content (5–10 minutes per day).
  3. You’ll add simple practice tasks to your daily routine and earn credits for completing them.
  4. You’ll have 2 weekly calls with your group.

That’s it: 2 weeks, 5 minutes per day in chat, 1 call per week.
